Before beginning a new chapter in the upcoming year of 2019, it is important to take a moment and look back at the most memorable moments that took place at B.H.M.S. and made a significant contribution to the amazing year of 2018.
8 Intakes
B.H.M.S. provided 8 intakes throughout the year which opened the doors for an exciting study journey to hundreds of students from around the world who became part of the big B.H.M.S. family.
Career Days
B.H.M.S. was honored to host the successful 'Career Days' event that took place during the months of September and October, where we welcomed at our campus representatives from many international companies and hotel chains. Through the Career Days, the B.H.M.S. students had the chance to apply and get an internship or job placement opportunity in countries such as the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, the Caribbean Islands and more.
Gold Medal
B.H.M.S. is proud of the success of our Culinary Program Leader Chef Shaun Leonard and the CCCLuzern team along with one of the B.H.M.S. Culinary Arts students - Mr. Stefan Corbie, as they won their third gold medal in a row at the Culinary World Cup ‘EXPOGAST’ 2018 in Luxembourg!
Nationalities Record
B.H.M.S. is getting even more international: In 2018 we had a new record of 95 different nationalities and an amazing cultural exchange among our students!
B.H.M.S. City Campus' Renovation
The main B.H.M.S. City Campus - located in the heart of Lucerne city, has been renovated during 2018, so our students can enjoy modern and even more comfortable facilities, including a brand new student lounge.
Partner Visits
During the year of 2018, B.H.M.S. has gained some new partners worldwide, as well as maintained a warm relationship with the existing partners who kindly paid a few visits to Switzerland.
Summer Courses
During the summer of 2018, B.H.M.S. hosted students from all over the world who had the opportunity to experience Lucerne as a study destination and enjoyed the most fun and colorful Swiss Summer!
Excursions
Another year full of countless excursions, sport activities, field trips and exciting moments that allowed our students to discover Switzerland and enjoy their study time even more.
Overall, the school has evolved and grew even more together with the B.H.M.S. students and staff.
