B.H.M.S. received an important visit from the State Secretariat for Migration

On 22nd June, B.H.M.S. had an important guest Mr. Patrick Guyot from the State Secretariat for Migration, which is part of the Federal Department of Justice and Police, Switzerland.

Mr. Guyot and a representative from the migration authority met with B.H.M.S. senior staff, our overseas staff and the education consultants to improve the relevant network and clarify details regarding immigration procedures. The meeting was very positive and instructive.

After the meeting, the authorities visited the school accommodations and classrooms and talked with a few students to understand their reasons for studying in Switzerland.

The visit was successful both for the B.H.M.S. and for the representatives of the authorities. In particular, the school is very interested in continuing to work closely with the authorities and to help ensure that the quality of the Swiss education remains at a very high level. The B.H.M.S. is registered in the Swiss Private School Register and belongs therefore to a “recognized School” which meets the high quality requirement.
